Lynn Romano, M.A., is a Florida Certified Family Mediator, Parent Facilitator (Parent Coordinator) Educator, that has been helping families for both court appointed and private practice cases, with guidance and divorce transition solutions since 1999.

Successfully work with adults, small businesses & families in high stress situations to communicate and identify issues, resolve conflict, design & implement plans and agreements that facilitate cooperation.

Parent Facilitator/Parent Coordinator
The Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, Pinellas & Pasco Counties


Founder & Chairperson of award winning PARENT UNIVERSITY in Pinellas County
Successfully established a new adult/parent educational event in Pinellas County that effectively shifted the community paradigm from “good parents don’t need to learn about parenting” to anticipation & pride in attending the parenting educational event.

The event included: over 1,400 adult participants, 90 seminars presented by professionals in their field, book fair, over 60 businesses & clubs & organizations participated in the community resources fair , and summer camp fair, child care and meals.

Chaired a 20 member, diverse, volunteer, cohesive steering committee annually.

Recruited and worked with over 250 volunteers and 100 professionals annually.

Recruited and worked with approximately 100 community organizations, businesses and clubs annually to sponsor and/or participate in PARENT UNIVERSITY.

Managed budget of $80,000.00 (including in-kind donations, not including value of volunteer hours).

Created forms and processes to facilitate the event from recruiting, planning, implementing, evaluation to closure.

Established volunteer job descriptions.

Organizational Development & Training/Management
Created a seamless customer service program by working with all levels of three separate but interdependent entities of a medical center (private physicians practice, medical school and state hospital.

Developed and implemented an employee training program to achieve customer service which included patients, employees, medical center departments, management and physicians as customers. Worked with employees from janitorial to administrative, nursing, physicians and management.

Developed forms, tools and processes to implement change and give ongoing, consistent feedback and accountability.

Conducted group and organizational focus groups to determine needs, issues, expectations and “wishes” of customers.

Created a quarterly measurement tool that was both site specific and medical center overall, with a 30 day feedback process.

Conducted needs analysis.

Analyzed work sites to become more functional & customer focused.

Standardized and clarified job descriptions, objectives and evaluation standards.

Developed an evaluation process and forms and tools to implement change and give feedback.
